Ms Cynthia Mafolo has over 18 years of experience in occupational health, primary healthcare nursing and safety management, as well as management has been at a management level for over 5 years. As Occupational Health and Safety Manager, she is responsible for the overall management, promotion and maintenance of occupational and safety as well as primary healthcare services. This includes the management of all administrative and operational coordination of all projects within this business unit.

Under her leadership, Innova is rolling out a medical surveillance programme for the National Department of Health, as well as for TBHIVCare across all provinces in South Africa. Cynthia has led a team working in partnership with the Department of health in management of COVID-19 quarantine sites, thermal screening at the entry points of NDOH offices and rolling out vaccines across the country.
